1. Sitting all day
as compared to people with an active lifestyle, those who don't move enough and tend to sit for five hours hardly have the double risk for heart failure, according to a study published in January 2014 in the heart association(AHA) journal circulation, heart failure.
If your job requires sitting at a desk all day, please get up and take a five minute walk every hour. this small change in your Daily routine can help your body to keep your arteries flexible and which leads to proper blood flowing.
2. Excessive consumption of alcohol.
In today's world people are too busy with their busy life style and can't manage their health and do show off by drinking alcohol and smoking. but they don't even think that over indulging in alcohol can lead to high blood pressure, stroke, and obesity- all of which sudden increase your risk for heart disease.
3.Stressing too much
We all are always in stress due to whatever reasons but always in stress have very bad consequences on health. stress is equally affects body as compared to smoking and drinking.To minimize the harmful effects of stress, the (AHA) recommend the following:
find a release or always shares your feeling by talking with a trusted friend or family members.
Yoga is the best medicine for your health.. at least 30 min fix in morning in your daily routine.Plan your day and future task so you always ready to do it. and always remember sadness and happiness are the small phase of life. so always think positive.
4. Overdoing it on salt
Excessive sodium can lead to high blood pressure, A risk factor for heart disease. some people use extra salt on made their food more tasty but this increase your sodium percentage in your body and which lead to weakness in bone strength. Don't use extra salt and always try to decrease day by day because no one can stopped doing a regular habit on one day so try to decrease it day by day.
